1. Description of the service.
”viaberlin.com“ is a service available to Berlin Airports’ passengers. It provides information and allows passengers to plan and arrange their own flights to and from Berlin. The Berlin Airports provide this service to the user free of charge. The Berlin Airports themselves do not offer the services presented, nor do they act as a representative or agent for the individual provider. The use of the information does not result in any kind of contractual arrangement between you and the Berlin Airports. A contractual relationship can only be made between the provider and the user of the service. Any claims or compalints are to be asserted against the provider. There is no claim for a permanent availability of the service.
2. General Notes.
We are dependent on the information from the individual service providers for the data which we offer in the framework of this service. The entire contents are compiled with great care. However, due to the fact that we can not check the information for accuracy, and that short-term changes may occur, there is no guarantee that the data is correct. Please have all the data and information confirmed by the specific service provider. The Berlin Airports do not assume any liability for the information provided or for damages resulting from its use.

3. Transfer times.
A transfer time of at least two hours should be planned between flights, for a transfer between the different airports in Berlin a period of 4 hours is absolutely necessary. Maintaining these transfer times and catching the connecting flight can, however, not be guaranteed. We therefore expressly recommend when booking a connecting flight that a rate be chosen which allows for rebooking the flight at any time or to arrange insurance coverage for the risk of missing a connecting flight. In this regard we make reference to the possibility of insurance for a missed connection (transfer insurance) with the Elvia-Reiseversicherungs-Gesellschaft AG.
